1. Right Click Image 

2. Select, "Save Image As..." option

3. A window should appear to give you an option where you would like to save the Image. 

Trouble Shooting :

1. Restart your browser. If the computer is left on with the browser opened, this could cause the browser to run so or not run correctly. Closing the browser and reopening it gives the browser a fresh start.

2. Restart your computer. Common problem with slow computers. Applications get opened and closed all the time, but some remain open without the user knowing causing the computer to slow down. Restart the computer to get your computer speed back.

3. Make sure web browser is up-to-date. If browsers are not kept updated they won't stay up-to-date with recent technology. Keeping your web browser up-to-date helps make sure you don't fall behind on latest image and video settings. 

4. Try a different web browser. Some browsers are more intuitive than others.
